HMO Property Consultation Appointment

We have an initial call to arrange your HMO property viewing when it suits you. This is for us to get to know each other, see your property and talk about any questions you may have. At this stage, our team will check the condition of the house, discuss if any refurbishment is required and provide you an estimate of guaranteed rent we may be prepared to offer.

Property Management Contract

If you are happy with what we discuss at your property, we will send you a contract based on agreed terms and conditions. You will be able to review and sign or enquire us if there is anything else we can assist you with. Rest reassured, we are reachable via phone call, Whatsapp, email and online chat Monday to Saturday, 9am to 9pm. If you leave us a message or email, we will right get back to you.

Interior Refurbishment & Furniture

We will flip your property interior look into a must-live-for-tenants style. With your agreement, we will refurbish your property, place our furniture for new tenants and send you before & after photography. We set your property beyond habitability and provide a 'home' where our professional tenants can call it 'their home'. Before the end of our contract, we can come to an arrangement if you would like to keep the furniture.

Accepting Professional Tenants

Once professional photography of the new look in your property are taken, we will start contacting professionals on our waiting list and market on various platforms to source the right tenants for your property. When we complete our due diligence including tenant referencing checks, the accepted tenants will treat your property as their home and we will look after them as well as your beautiful HMO home!

Guaranteed Rent Pay Day

Every single month, you will see your guaranteed rent payment from us as per terms of our contract, during the contractual period of time. It will be set as a direct debit payment to your nominated account. No more stress with missing payments, rent and deposit disputes, you are guaranteed to receive the agreed amount every month.
