We are happy to offer all our guests an early check-in/late check out option (subject to availability) for a small additional one-off fee of Β£50. There is no free/paid parking available at the property. We usually signpost our guests to utilise the free parking spaces near Havelock Rise, Wensleydale, Wardown Park/Crescent. This is only a 10min walk/3min drive from the property. PLACIFY will not be liable for any penalty charge notices (PCNs), fines or traffic contraventions issued by the local council

PLACIFY operates a strict zero-tolerance policy for any rules breached. Following our ‘first/last reminder’, PLACIFY will take legal action for an immediate security eviction, forfeit of security deposit and impose a Β£200 security/police callout surcharge
