Every home is unique in its own right. Normally we require properties with a minimum of 2 bedrooms, the more bedrooms the merrier!Â
If your property is in good lettable condition then we could be up and running in just a few weeks. This may take longer if a refurbishment is required
We will deposit the agreed rent into your account on the same date every month. No stress!
All tenant deposits are lodged in a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme and we take care of this for you so you can rest assured that any damages are covered. Complete freedom from tenant management.
With us its simple. No fees. Ever. Just guaranteed rent. We are not a traditional high street lettings agent charging commission or fees.
All Placify HMOs are furnished to a high standard. Your property will ideally be furnished to a high standard however, if required, when you work with us we’ll update and upgrade your property. In some instances we will cover 100% of the costs, in others we will cover part of the costs.
We conduct regular inspections and retain deposits from tenants within a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme so any damages will be covered.
We are always happy to take care of any small repairs and maintenance, to give you total peace of mind. We will always remain transparent with any major repairs that fall under the responsibility of the landlord
You can choose to renew with us or you may wish to sell your property – if you do please talk to us first! At the end of the contract you have the option to do whatever you choose.
